Joe Jemsek grew up with Dick Wilson. At least figuratively. In the early 1960s, Wilson, one of golf architecture’s most interesting and possibly misunderstood figures, designed the former America’s 100 Greatest Course Cog Hill No. 4 in Chicago
New Commission - Crystal Tree Country Club - Orland Park, Illinois
JGD began to work in the Summer of 2026 with board of
governors at the Crystal Tree Country Club. Planning work
with a focus on tee improvements and other course
enhancements.
Confidential Land Plan Along Pacific
Not too many details we can release on this opportunity yet,
but it's easily the most dramatic site I've ever seen. Exciting
(and frustrating) to work with generative AI to help make the
project jump off the draft boards. I have mixed feelings about
the new technology, but the rendering are certainly powerful.
